Updates. Yeah.

I’ve lost 72 lbs! But Im stuck at that. Grr..

insanity-max-30-review-21So – Im on week 2 of the 2nd month of Insanity Max 30. Oh my word! I’m literally dying. Ok  not literally but you know what I mean.

I wanted to start a weight lifting program and since I still can’t find a gym with babysitting here – I opted for 22 Minute Hard Corps. Which y’all….is literally 22 mins! You know how some say 20 mins and are like closer to 30? No. Not this.

Granted I’ve only been working out for 2 days on the program but still.

I don’t really like it too much cause I’m not burning the same amount of calories as Insanity Max….almost but not as much. Maybe as the program gets harder….

Of course I will let y’all know.

Stomach update – I thought I had it down. Apparently the Premier Protein and Shakeology have Xanthan Gum…which I have no idea what they are. Beachbody claims their Xanthan Gum is all natural – but I tend not to believe things unless I see it ya know?

So I thought boom thats it right?

Wrong. I had coffee with Truvia and – ugh. It was bad. So I have an appointment with my Stock Photodoctor who is probably gonna send me to a gastroenterologist – my computer is telling me thats right (spelling) so there.

Will let y’all know.

Now because of the stomach problems I’ve been having? My eating has been horrible. So I have literally been 243 for like …. ever. Yes I realize I’m exaggerating but seriously can you blame me?

I’m scared being this weight to go on elliptical (cause the weight limit is 250) so I needed a 3rd workout.

Man I wish this weight loss thing was easier….

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230

Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Workout plan: walking, 22 Minute Hard Corps, yoga, Insanity Max:30

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
