Anyways, so if you’ve been following you know that Shakeology started giving me the runs. So I stopped it (and being a beachbody coach) and started taking Premium Protein. And?
Still gave me the runs.
So I stopped that and?
Now almond milk is upsetting me too!
This is where you would enter a whole bunch of colorful expletives …. sigh.
So I took a look (at the premium protein and almond milk….I don’t have shakeology anymore) and the only thing I could see the same was Calcium Carbonate?
What is that??!!
So….I guess I gotta stay away from dairy and dairy like products?
No that doesn’t make sense cause I had regular milk last night. Maybe I just need to stick with regular dairy…..
Yeah. We’ll see how that goes.

Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
