Like really bad.
So I got hit with this cold…upper respiratory hell. Bad. I was out for the week. and? I was gonna stay as true as I could to the diet – but I had rice. I mean when your sick you need to have a lot of rice right?
No need to go on from there.
But I’ve been adding rice and protein bars to help offset the….well shoo I’ll stop trying to be politically correct. Don’t like don’t read.
I’ve been having diarrhea.
So It helps to have the rice and carbs but not much. I am not sure (since Ive been sick for like 2 months – no seriously since before christmas I’ve been like this).
So I think it might be the post nasal drip but I think it might the shakeology. its part of the reason why I’ve decided to not be a coach anymore – I stopped believing in their products as the end all be all. More to come on that though.
I’m gonna wait to see if it is my infection – today was the last day of meds – to see if I’m getting sick from the shakeology. Yesterday I didn’t take the shake and I still had the runs but maybe I need to give it more than a day? I thought maybe it was what I was putting in it so I just did almond milk and the powder today – but it still happened.
I don’t know maybe I need to wait longer.

Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
