Man. Being on social media is getting harder and harder everyday! I’m cutting back on my face booking cause the hate is unbelievable! Even in the weight loss groups that I mainly stay in.

Its hard cause in order for me to be in fitness field – according to research I’ve done – its best to have a social media presence. Heres the thing in order to have that presence you hafta comment and like other stuff.

img_0949Thats where the evil comes. And ya know you gotta take care of yourself…no need keeping that anger and spreading it to your family. Right?

Sigh. So thats whats up with me. trying to find a good balance between not getting overwhelmed with the evil and hate in this world and being awesome.

Also, I figured out whats been making stay in this plateau (besides my eating – which Im getting in control over. Kinda) I’ve been not eating my thyroid meds regularly!

Its only been a couple of days since I’ve realized that and it takes 2 weeks to see changes in my symptoms. So yea – lets see how that works.

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230

Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Workout plan: walking, elliptical trainer, yoga, Insanity Max:30

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
