I’ve got a couple of requests for my cauliflower recipe…so I thought I would share this piece of awesomeness with ya.

16387214_390898041302490_8372805524557363993_nFirst….I buy my cauliflower from COSTCO already cut up, but you can buy a regular. Whatever floats your boat.

  • So take a big glass bowl, place about an inch of water in it (with the cauliflower) and microwave for 12 mins.
  • Once it comes out, drain out any excess water and then start mashing with a fork.
  • You can now season to taste but I like to put pepper and Adobo.
  • Add about a tablespoon (or two depending on your tastebuds) of salad dressing.

There you have it a quick and easy recipe. Now, I just want to add that you can leave out the salad dressing and it still tastes really good!
