So. I did it. I can’t believe I went through with it but I did! I’ve learned a lot from this. here is what I’ve learned.

What I forgot to add was that it does have a side effect (besides being hangry) – tiredness. I mean if you think about it it does make sense. You are not eating enough food for the activity you are doing through out the day. Although I was tired – I wasn’t exhausted until bedtime. Maybe the shakes helped but maybe I was also too busy to realize how tired I was.

Another thing I noticed? I was a little spacey. No seriously. Space cadet here! You can even see a little bit in the video. Again it could be just me, I mean everyone is different. Even with those negatives, I would still totally recommend this to anyone!

Ya know people say this doesn’t work or that beach body fakes their results – well that aint true with me! I’m proof that beachbody works, you just gotta apply yourself.

Current weight: 250.7

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230

Dietary plans: counting calories; clean eating; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, T25

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
