Its freakin hard!
I mean its so easy to change everything about the way you eat.
Did I mention I’m only on day 2?
Don’t know whole30? Well, basically you can only eat natural foods – stuff thats not been processed. Its a lot like Paleo – but not (as it firmly says on its website). Like last night I had 2 burgers with mashed cauliflower. Soooooo good! Lemme know if you want the recipe to mashed cauliflower. All the ones online include butter and/or milk. I add neither.
Honestly its my new favorite dinner side. cauliflower that is. Anyways, back to today. We started homeschool today and whew….were there dramatics. Glad ABEKA starts off slow – they just had review for today. I don’t know if any other program does that – we’ve just been on ABEKA.
So today started the 530am workouts. I am gonna start working out that early so that I don’t hafta worry about it during schooling.
It went well – burned almost 900 calories! Yay!
I say yay cause Ive set a goal for myself. Burn 1000 calories per day. After that vacation I was not motivated to do it. But I’m feeling my oomph coming back.
Especially after this morning!
Oh wait! I lost 3 lbs!!!!!! And? I am officially the lowest I’ve been in almost 10 years!

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230
Dietary plans: counting calories; clean eating (whole30); not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach
Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, running, Turbo Fire
Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
