Its been an interesting couple of months. But basically, I’m gonna become a beach body coach, I’ve lost 50lbs and I’m completely happy.

I don’t want to go into the past couple of months – its been a depression hole – but I’m pushing through.

Since I’m starting as a coach, I reopened my weight loss page and here is my first video from it. Enjoy!

Starting weight: 315

Current weight: 262.5

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230

Dietary plans: counting calories; clean eating; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, running, Turbo Fire

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
