I don’t know why I told you that – but it’s true. It’s random too, like I have no control over when I do it too. It’s like a tick or something.
Man, I wish I was kidding.
Anyways, things are going well over here – now. We just got over a real bad case of the stomach flu here. All of us. It was bad y’all. Gross stuff happened.
Ugh, I hate being sick.
But onto good things, I have gotten back to having a regular running schedule. I’m back up to week 3 on the C25K app. Though after this week I probably will hafta go back and run that week again. No worries, I ain’t in a rush.
I weighed myself and saw that I lost 4lbs, but that’s probably cause I haven’t really eaten in a week. I’m not gonna hold on to that number and just hope I don’t gain too much weight back. Shoo…who am I kidding? I hope I don’t gain any of it back…though I’ve a lot of stuff out of my diet that weren’t necessarily good. Like cheese.
Yup, this mouse has cut cheese out of her diet. Now does that mean I haven’t had any cheese since I cut it out? Ahem. Suuuuuuuuuuurrrrrrrreeeeeeee. Hey did ya also hear I’m selling a bridge (hee hee).
I’ve had cheese, but not as much as I used to. My goal is to completely cut it out in the end…..it’ll just be a long road to get there. Ahem. Now don’t go spewing to me that I can just cut it out with willpower…..please spare me. I have a weak willpower. Think of me as havin g a baby willpower…..it’s getting stronger….but it’s not a magical thing for me.
I also cut out those veggie straws? I’ve cut carbs from my diet – I have no idea why I was eating those! They are sooooo good though. I knew I had to cut them out when I bought (on a PMS binge) cheese dip and ate the dip with the straws. Great pairing too…..could feel my arteries hardening up as I ate. But, sigh, nonetheless they are out of my diet. In replacement (cause I need my salt when I’m PMSing) was cashews. IF your wondering, yup they are still there. It definitely did the trick – though now that I think about it, they are probably still there cause of the stomach flu week.

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230
Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach
Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, yoga, running, Turbo Jam
Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
