I just looked at the last few posts and they were about running. Man, I think I have a problem. A good problem, but a problem.
Today I attempted day two (again) of week three. I had to stop so many times during the running that I’m gonna hafta do the day over. But I gotta say that part of the reason I stopped was because my kids needed me. We went to the park and I ran around the circle that surrounds the playground – but its a bigger circle and its more shaped like a square now that I think about it.
Anyways, the windiness of the day and the uneven pathway made things interesting. Probably adds to the reason why I kept stopping. Shhh….dont disagree. Needless to say I gotta do the day over again. Sigh.

Been doing good with my eating, with the exception of yesterday. We went out to eat and I went over my calories and cheated by eating a couple of fries. How does my body thank me? I was sick all night.
I will never do that again.
Which worries me because we are going away this weekend to a wedding and I was planning on cheating but since Ive been going gluten free (Basically)….should I even? I mean its a wedding and its been my doohickey (I can’t even with the words today) that….EXPERIENCE! Sorry the word I wanted to say was experience, its been my experience that weddings aren’t heavy in carbs but theres always a chance. We are getting there the day before so I don’t know what I’m eating then either.
Its just a whole weekend of i don’t knows…..with my past couple of experiences of my cheat meals maybe I should just stay low key.

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230
Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb/low fat diet; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach
Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, yoga, running, Turbo Jam
Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
