yafl1das_biggerSo I am on week 3 of the C25K app. That starts the running for 3 mins jive. Holy crap I just said jive…anyways, the first day I tried it I was on point (I am not 21 or am I trying to be 21 so I will never use the words “on fleek” I think my kids will thank me later….if they cared).  But today? Whew….I barely made it through. I think I will hafta repeat this day.

Maybe I need to start running more often. I don’t know. Right now I run every other day or so. Sometimes I run back to back – then my calves are backing at me but I make it through. I don’t know.

Anyways, on the days that I don’t run, I do the exercise bike and walk around the apt.IMG_0343 AND? Chalene Johnson’s turbo jam (from beach body…no I didn’t buy it, my mom found it in her attic and offered it to me). That video is so awesome. Its a series but I only have done one video so far. I look like a fish out of water but I burn those calories. Now if only I could do the moves correctly and burn even more calories.

Ah. Time. Thats all I need.

Well, with me figuring out my BMR and TDEE? I’ve been keeping around 2300 calories. On certain days I just can’t and I creep up to about 2500 calories. only once I hit 3100. I think though I was PMSing like a mad woman….ya know shark week and all (as in, eat everything in site type PMSing). I thought I was doing bad with my eating (yesterday was my 3100 calorie day…I know I know) but I weighed myself this morning and? I lost weight! I am now down to 290!!!! I had a picture of it but my computer is being temperamental.

So if you wanna know – thats 21lbs lost baby!!!

Goals…

Current weight: 290

Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230

Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb/low fat diet; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach

Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, yoga, running, Turbo Jam

Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
