Y’all know me and my love for talking….of course I was coming back.
Things on my Facebook page are going okay. But sometimes I just want to talk and no one is gonna wanna read a mile long post on Facebook. Its not made for that…hee hee hee. Lemme stop.
Anyways, a lot has changed for me since I last wrote. First this:
The first picture was taken on November 17th the second was this past week. Wow right? I couldn’t believe it when I saw it.
Next? I’m doing yoga now – don’t know if I said that before but I think I only really started it in December. I also am following a low carb diet. Wasn’t doing that before – I was just counting calories and badly too I must say.
Now, I don’t eat more than 45g of carbs per meal and no more than 15 g for snacks. I’m still struggling with the snacking part. Did you know theres only supposed to be 3 snacks per day that you are allowed to have….or something that is correct english. Meh, you get my drift.
On top of the yoga, walking and exercise bike – I started with beach body on demand. Its great. I’m doing whats called Slim in 6. A great low impact program.
Just in case you’re curious, I need low impact because of my bad knees. Which are getting better and I think I have yoga to thank for that – but still I have the pain. Gotta watch myself.
We are still homeschooling the kids – the boy is getting awesome at math and writing. Reading? We need a lot of work on that. I’ve been using the kindergarten program on the girl and she gets most of it but sheesh…to get her to be serious sometimes. I swear she is her mothers daughter.

Current weight: 301 – thats right baby lost 5 pounds! Actually, when I went to the doctor at the beginning of Dec I was at 312. So technically after starting all this? I’ve lost 11 pounds!
Goal weight: 200 – I’m reaching for it but honestly I’ll be happy with anything below 230
Dietary plans: counting calories and low carb/low fat diet; not eating after dinner, working out on an empty stomach
Workout plan: walking, exercise bicycle, yoga, and Slim in 6 program
Reason for: to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
