I got nursery duty at church today. I’m waiting patiently for the kids to come and going over my day.  
I did bad.

Yup. I’m slipping back into my old habits. I think it partially has to do with the fact that I didn’t have the whey protein smoothie with enough filling ingredients.

I usually have it in a fruit smoothie, but today I just had it in juice. I had a cheese sammich with the smoothie but maybe I need a better breakfast. Like eggs or something. 

I’ll let you know tomorrow how it goes.

I’m hungry btw. I want a chocolate cheesecake with a cheese sammich and a milkshake.

Can you tell I like my cheese? Probably why I have a fatty liver. Did I tell you that? And I’m pre-diabetic. So I need to lose weight seriously. 

Why can’t I remember those things when I’m cheating??
