Yesterday was uneventful again. I kept the kids home from church so that was fuuuuuun. They watched Return of the Jedi while I tried to workout.
I was in a challenge with two Fitbit friends so I was trying my hardest to walk enough. Didn’t work…lost. But I did get to go bowling with the kids (when my hubby came home from church and after we packed a little), my son had 2 major meltdowns last night. Once when the bowling ball pinched his fingers (which is rightfully needed) but then he just freaked out saying it prickled him.
The second meltdown was when he was prickled by my daughter. I don’t get him sometimes…and that hurts.
Ended the day watching Star Trek … It was good.
So today. We packed the last bit of our upstairs, so that means I didn’t do my exercise like I wAnted. I worked out for only an hour when I usually do an hour and a half….maybe more. I need to keep track of that.
We are also having a cookout today, I’ve calculated what I want to eat and what I’ve eaten. I’m barely skating by. I need to walk more but I don’t have time to do it.
I. Hope they don’t bring cake or chips or any food other than what I’ve put in my food diary cause can’t have it.
