so I started this day alright. Had my protein smoothie, worked out for 1:40 mins….that should we be one hour 40 minutes, I don’t know what I’m doing.

But yeah I was proud of my 1:40 walk that I relaxed in front of a fan and had 6 cookies. 

 
Now as you see that shouldn’t be a problem as my calories are still under target. But to me it is, I’m an eater. I love to eat the wrong things. I make up excuses to eat. I just eat.

This is a bad habit that I need to bust in the butt now. I know that easiest way is to throw them out or not even have them in my house; but I hafta – the kids. Now they don’t have the same problem I have, and I want to keep that but I mean who doesn’t keep cookies in their house for the kids?

I guess a good thing from all this is that I’m not snacking as much as I used to, but I hate that little fall back (as it were). 

Yea I know concentrate on the positive…I worked out for an hour and 40 minutes! 

Why can’t I do that?

Reason for:  to be healthy and happy and there for my kids
