I’ve been working out more lately and my out of shape body is starting to rebel. But too bad right? It helps with the depression – big time. I woke up so unmotivated and magenta-y today and after working out? I wanted to be around people and actually do stuff.

Anyways, I hurt myself today. My hip to be exact. My kids were concerned…in fact – while I was cleaning the dinner table there was this conversation:

Girl: daddy can I get down now? I hafta help mommy
Boy: yeah cause she hurt her pip
